Rules for Buyers

These rules will help establish clear guidelines and terms for buyers of accounts in our store. It is important that customers are aware of all rules and conditions before making a purchase to avoid misunderstandings and conflicts in the future. By purchasing a product on the FIRE-ACCS website, you automatically agree to the following rules:

Main Rules:

  1. The product warranty is 30 minutes from the moment of purchase, provided that all the rules and conditions for working with accounts are followed. This means that if you experience problems with the account within the first 30 minutes and you followed all instructions, the store guarantees a replacement or refund.
  2. A valid purchased product is non-refundable or non-exchangeable. Therefore, it is recommended to carefully read the description before purchasing.
  3. If accounts cannot be replaced, the store will offer a refund.
  4. If you plan to use the accounts for a long time, you must regularly change passwords and ensure the security of the accounts yourself.
  5. Before purchasing, carefully read the product description and check its characteristics.
  6. If you encounter any issues with your order, contact the store's support as soon as possible.
  7. The store's support will respond to your inquiries within 24 hours from the moment of contact.
  8. The store does not provide training or consultations on account usage.

Recommendations for Working with Accounts:

  • Use high-quality proxy servers.

Problem: If you log into several accounts from the same IP address, all your accounts may be blocked.
Solution: Use high-quality proxy servers, such as individual IPv4 proxies or residential proxies. Avoid using bulk proxies and browser extensions like Hola, FreeVPN, etc.

  • Use different devices for logging into different accounts.

Problem: If you log into multiple accounts from the same device, all your accounts may be blocked.
Solution: Use different devices or specialized programs for accessing different accounts. For example, a computer, second computer, profile programs for logging into accounts, or special browsers.

  • Follow limits and engage in human-like activities.

Problem: If you start mass actions (likes, messaging, etc.) immediately, your accounts may be quickly blocked.
Solution: For safe use of accounts, it is recommended to first perform some regular actions that a real user would do upon registration. For example, fill out the profile, follow a few users, leave some likes, post some photos, make reposts, and comments, etc.

Note:

We are not responsible for the developers of software, services, or proxy providers. All accounts are created using private software and proxy servers.
